This year we had Grandma and Grandpa visit us for Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful dinner and we have so much to be thankful for this year!!

Looking back over the year I think the thing that stands out most for me is being thankful for Bennett's repaired heart. I am reminded of it each and every day when I see his scar.

Bennett's first Thanksgiving!

Yes, we have much to be thankful for!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family Adrienne! I'm so glad that Bennett's heart is healed and that he is doing so well. What a cutie he is!!
ReplyDeleteYes you do have so much to be thankful for and such great pictures. I just love Bennett's smile. God is great and God is good.

ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving. Have a great day. You have a beautiful family. Yes..thankful for Bennetts heart too and oh how he is growing.:)
ReplyDeleteYes, you do! You have a beautiful family! Love the Thanksgiving pics of the little guy! God bless! =)
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures and Happy Thanksgiving to you! Did Bennett have any pumpkin pie? I gave Sylas a tiny lick of whipped cream, and of course he loved it!
ReplyDeleteJessie has recently started noticing her scar and will point it out to me. I kiss and tell her I am thankful for her scar, that she now has a healthy heart. Rotten thing, sometimes I think she points it out now so I'll kiss it and talk about it.
ReplyDeleteJessie's baby days/memories are for me divided into b4 heart surgery (worries/feeding issues) and after (whew!).
Happy THANKSgiving!
