It's Hard To Get Frustrated....

As much as I want Bennett to start crawling,
it's really hard to get frustrated,

when we're both on the floor
and I get cute faces like this and he does his swimmer/superman pose when I tell him to "c'mon Bennett, come here".
I mean, how can I get frustrated when I know he's trying so hard but having fun at the same time?....

and I'm having fun just watching him in all his cuteness.
I just ♥ him.

{And I do believe that brown is Bennett's signature color-brings out his chocolate brown eyes and brown hair-don't ya think?;)}

  2. I totally agree, brown is Bennett's color. Your son is utterly adorable. Is he always that happy?? Love it!

  3. Max has NO motivation to crawl. I'm trying to be posiitive and remembering that when he does, I'll immediately regret it when he starts getting into everything and pulling things off shelves, etc :) So I'm happy for now that he is content to play in one spot!

  4. OH MY GOODNESS...Emily does the same exact swimming move when I try to entice her to crawl too! I love Bennett in brown, although you could put him in anything and he would look adorable!

  10. Bennett is adorable! My little man is 13 months now and not crawling either. He was up on all fours and rocking early but then quit. He rolls or scoots/hops on his bottom to get places. He really wants to stand but doesn't want to do the work to get there. It can be very frustrating at times. I am busy chasing after a two year old though so it is easier to only be running after her right now! :) Love all the pics of Bennett!

  11. Bennett is as sweet as pie! Our Jackson did superman for what seemed like forever with that same big smile...then onto the G.I. Joe combat crawl.....and now walking like a pro! All in good time.

    Thanks for sharing your stories and photos. You take beautiful photographs.

    How do you even keep the camera straight through all the giggles and sighs to take the picture?? I hope these shots line the walls of his room....he is so gorgeous! In case you never saw Nate's crawling video, I've attached the link for ya....you'll see I brought out the big guns and at 1 year and 5 months, Nate crawled. whoo hooo! But who cares....Bennett is lingering (as my husband puts it) a bit longer in his adorable babyness just for your picture-taking pleasure!!http://riversofjoy21.blogspot.com/2009/03/blog-post.html
